The Styled by Collective is a fashion-tech company on the frontier of transforming personalized styling and inventory management in the luxury retail space. Blending elite human expertise with advanced technology, we’re building a new infrastructure for how people shop, style, and manage their wardrobes.
As we evolve from private client services to SaaS, our proprietary platform—Sartoria—is redefining consignment and ERP operations by enabling secure, scalable, and data-driven styling at scale. Sartoria isn’t just a digital wardrobe; it’s the trust infrastructure powering high-touch, high-value experiences across retail, logistics, and luxury service.
What We’re Building
Our ERP and inventory system solves problems traditional platforms ignore:
Blind Inventory & Consignment Ordering: Tracks high-value transactions (often $100K–$300K+) in environments without upfront payment or POS-based records, offering retailers, stylists, and clients a secure, verifiable pipeline.
Retailer & Personal Shopping Integration: Consolidates purchases across Net-a-Porter, Saks, Moda Operandi, etc., allowing AI-assisted recommendations and in-store experiences where client wishlists become real-time pre-selections.
Payment & Compliance Innovation: Solves compliance and manual credit workflows with a fintech-integrated architecture designed for blind inventory commerce—improving both speed and security.
We’re at a pivotal moment: building a category-defining product that solves backend inefficiencies while delivering world-class UX to our discerning client base. You’ll work directly with our CTO as the first engineering hire, owning platform architecture, implementation, and scale from day one.
Our Stack: Full-stack TypeScript (via React and Bun/Node.js), PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, AWS, Temporal
Location: Remote. Full-time, US-based applicants only (within contiguous US timezones)
